There is no move in the world of moto that’s so historic, so versatile, so personal and so aesthetically pleasing than the Whip. Over the years, it has been redefined countless times, each time getting gnarlier and more mind bending. The Whip never gets old, and it certainly never gets boring to do or to look at. During my research for the book I stumbled across this unique variation of a pancake Whip done by the King @jeremymcgrath ca. 2000/2001. It could’ve been during the shooting of Steel Roots in Ocotillo. The way Jeremy turns this one into a Indy Pancake Whip (I‘ll just call it like that now) is something I have never seen before. And it proves once more how Freeriding and FMX can surprise you even decades later.
Guys, I cannot wait to put this book together and bring it to life. There is so much more to discover about the history of this culture, and certainly so many stories to be told.
